Zionodon walshi
Taxonomy
Zionodon walshi was named by Dunn and Rasmussen (2009). Its type specimen is CM 71141, a mandible (dentary fragment with crowns of p3 and p4), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Gnat-Out-Of-Hell, which is in an Uintan terrestrial horizon in the Uinta Formation of Utah.
