Callyconcha australis
Taxonomy
Comuquia australis was named by Archbold (1984). Its type specimen is GSWA F11050, a shell (Articulated shell), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Callytharra Springs, Type Section, Carnarvon Basin, which is in a Sakmarian marine mixed carbonate-siliciclastic in the Callytharra Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Callyconcha.
It was recombined as Callyconcha australis by Waterhouse (2001).
