Taxonomy
Praezhamoidellum yaoi was named by Kozur (1984). Its type locality is Csipkes-tetö, Bükk Mts., which is in a Bajocian basinal (siliceous) chert in the South Bükk Shales Formation of Hungary.
It was recombined as Tricolocapsa yaoi by Takemura (1987); it was recombined as Hemicryptocapsa yaoi by Kiessling (2005).
