Callianassa moinensis
Taxonomy
Callianassa moinensis was named by Rathbun (1918). Its type specimen is USNM 324287, a set of appendages, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Moin Hill (Pittier collection), which is in a Piacenzian/Gelasian marine siliciclastic in the Moin Formation of Costa Rica.
