Taxonomy
Palaeocosmomya kochi was named by Newell (1955). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Depot O, LK13, Nathorsts Fjord, Wegener Halvo, which is in a Wuchiapingian coastal sandstone in the Depot Island Formation of Greenland.
