Fujianocaris bifurcatus
Taxonomy
Fujianocaris bifurcatus was named by Taylor et al. (1998). Its type specimen is NIGP 126323, an exoskeleton (Carapace and associated abdomen), and it is a mold. Its type locality is Xiangshuping, No 25 coal bed, Changta coal mine, Nanjing County, which is in a Capitanian coastal siliciclastic in the Tongziyan Formation of China. It is the type species of Fujianocaris.
