Chalishevia cothurnata
Taxonomy
Chalishevia cothurnata was named by Ochev (1980). Its type specimen is PIN 4356/1 (formerly SGU 104/385), a partial skull (Left maxilla and both nasals), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bukobay VII, Belyaevsky I, which is in a Ladinian fluvial-lacustrine sandstone in the Bukobay Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Chalishevia.
