Shazurus minutus
Taxonomy
Shazurus minutus was named by Sallam et al. (2010). Its type specimen is CGM 83701, a tooth (left [upper] M1), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Birket Qarun 2, which is in a Priabonian channel sandstone in the Birket Qarun Formation of Egypt. It is the type species of Shazurus.
