Panamericansaurus schroederi
Taxonomy
Panamericansaurus schroederi was named by Calvo and Porfiri (2010). Its type specimen is MUCPv-417, a set of vertebrae (5 caudal vertebrae), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bodega Familia Schroeder, which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian terrestrial horizon in the Allen Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Panamericansaurus.
