Psephosthenaspis ellipsepyga

Taxonomy
Ludvigsenella ellipsepyga was named by Tremblay and Westrop (1991). Its type specimen is ROM 47733, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is District of Mackenzie, Sunblood Range (BVF), which is in a Whiterockian shallow subtidal limestone in the Sunblood Formation of Canada.

It was recombined as Psephosthenaspis ellipsepyga by Fortey and Droser (1996).
