Sphaerexochus atacius
Taxonomy
Sphaerexochus atacius was named by Ludvigsen (1979) [Paratypes: GSC 40421, 44289-44301]. Its type specimen is GSC 40420, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sunblood Range P-2038, which is in a Sandbian carbonate limestone in the Esbataottine Formation of Canada.
