Sphaerocoryphe robusta

Taxonomy
Sphaerocoryphe robustus was named by Walcott (1875) [Holotype also figured by Shaw (1968, Pl. 14, fig. 1) and Ludvigsen (1978, figs. 32D). Hypotypes: GSC 40451, 44254-44270, 40452 (Ludvigsen 1979)]. Its type specimen is MCZ 7567, an exoskeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was corrected as Sphaerocoryphe robusta by Brett et al. (1999).
