Carolinites genacinaca

Taxonomy
Carolinites genacinaca was named by Ross (1951) [Paratypes: YPM 18080, 18082-4]. Its type specimen is YPM 18081, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Locality 8, Clarkston Mountains, Zone "J", which is in a Blackhillsian shallow subtidal limestone in the Garden City Formation of Utah.

It was synonymized subjectively with Carolinites bulbosus by Henderson (1983).
