Archaeoistiodactylus linglongtaensis
Taxonomy
Archaeoistiodactylus linglongtaensis was named by Lü and Fucha (2010). Its type specimen is JPM04-0008, a partial skeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daxishan, Linglongta, which is in a Bathonian/Kimmeridgian lacustrine sandstone/mudstone in the Tiaojishan Formation of China. It is the type species of Archaeoistiodactylus.
