Vidria contendens
Taxonomy
Vidria contendens was named by Cisne (1971). Its type specimen is MNA G2.8610, a pygidium (internal mold), and it is a mold. Its type locality is Lake Mary road (locality 12C), which is in a Roadian shallow subtidal carbonate in the Kaibab Formation of Arizona.
