Phonodus dutoitorum

Taxonomy
Phonodus dutoitorum was named by Modesto et al. (2010). Its type specimen is NMQR 356, a partial skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bergendal Farm, which is in an Induan terrestrial conglomerate in the Katberg Formation of South Africa. It is the type species of Phonodus.
