Taxonomy
Presbytherium taurus was named by Scott (2010). Its type specimen is UALVP 44185, a tooth (right P4), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Who Nose?, which is in a To2 fluvial horizon in the Paskapoo Formation of Canada.
