Ibexicurus parsonsi
Taxonomy
Ibexicurus parsonsi was named by Adrain et al. (2003) [Paratypes: SUI 99600-2]. Its type specimen is SUI 99599, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is LDN 115.6, Lava Dam North, which is in a Skullrockian open shallow subtidal horizon in the House Formation of Utah. It is the type species of Ibexicurus.
