Betonnia tsosia
Taxonomy
Betonnia tsosia was named by Williamson et al. (2011). Its type specimen is AMNH 59852, a tooth (partial right [upper] M2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mammalon Hill, which is in a Puercan terrestrial horizon in the Nacimiento Formation of New Mexico. It is the type species of Betonnia.
