Prokennalestes minor
Taxonomy
Prokennalestes minor was named by Kielan-Jaworowska and Dashzeveg (1989). Its type specimen is GI PST 10-7a, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Khovboor (PIN coll. 3101) [SMPE], which is in an Aptian/Albian lacustrine sandstone/claystone in the Dzunbain Formation of Mongolia.
