Taxonomy
Asiapatella sinuata was named by Parkhaev and Demidenko (2010) ["from sample no. M8 (Pl. 44, fig. 3); China, Yunnan Province, Jinning County, Meishucun, Lower Cambrian, Meishucunian Stage (Zhujiaqing Formation, Dahai Member)."]. Its type specimen is PIN, no. 4552/1463, a shell, and it is a mold.
