Dickinsartella pistacina
Taxonomy
Dickinsartella pistacina was named by Larghi (2005). Its type specimen is MPUM 9030, a valve (right valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Saiwan, Pachycyrtella Bed I5-0, which is in a Sakmarian transition zone/lower shoreface sandstone in the Saiwan Formation of Oman. It is the type species of Dickinsartella.
