Spiriferellina orientalis

Taxonomy
Spiriferina orientalis was named by Frech (1911) [As Spiriferina ornata var. orientalis]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lou-Mé-J, which is in a Guadalupian carbonate limestone in the Maokou Formation of China.

It was recombined as Genuspirifer orientalis by Liang (1990); it was recombined as Spiriferellina orientalis by Liao (1980) and Clapham (2015).
