Properrinites nevadensis
Taxonomy
Properrinites nevadensis was named by Miller et al. (1957). Its type specimen is SUI 5999 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Wild Hoss Canyon, Leach Mountains, Montello, which is in an Artinskian carbonate limestone in Nevada.
It was synonymized subjectively with Paraperrinites subcumminsi by Tharalson (1984).
