Taxonomy
Chengjiangaspis was named by Zhang et al. (1980) [Sepkoski's age data: Cm Boto-l]. It is not extant. Its type is Chengjiangaspis chengjiangensis.

It was assigned to Redlichiidae by Zhang et al. (1980) and Jell and Adrain (2002); and to Redlichiida by Sepkoski (2002).
