Straparollus (Euomphalus) peskensis was named by Mazaev (1994). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Locality 054. Quarry near Konev Bor station, which is in a Myachkovian carbonate limestone in the Novlenskoe Formation of the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Nodeuomphalus peskensis by Wagner (2023).
