Taxonomy
Nucula pidhensis was named by Reed (1936). It is a mold. Its type locality is Pidh, two furlongs SSW on road to Pind Dadan Khan, which is in an Asselian marine conglomerate in the Talchir Formation of Pakistan.
It was recombined as Nuculopsis pidhensis by Clapham (2015).
