Wendyichthys lautreci
Taxonomy
Wendyichthys lautreci was named by Lund and Poplin (1997). Its type specimen is MV 6926, a skeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is MV 7106, Supercrop Quarry, Bear Gulch, which is in an Arnsbergian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Heath Formation of Montana.
