Taxonomy
Succodium ambiguum was named by Korde (1965). Its type specimen is PIN 2307/38 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chanakhchi, Gnishik Fm, which is in a Wordian carbonate limestone in the Gnishik Formation of Armenia.
