Agnostus rakuroensis was named by Kobayashi (1935). It is not extant.

It was recombined as Peronopsis rakuroensis by Lu (1957); it was recombined as Baltagnostus rakuroensis by Zhang and Jell (1987); it was recombined as Pseudoperonopsis rakuroensis by Sun (1989).
