Taxonomy
Mirabairdia sublangshanensis was named by Chen (1987). Its type specimen is NIGP 91711 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Meishan Ostracod Sample 30, which is in a Changhsingian carbonate limestone in the Changxing Formation of China.
