Taxonomy
Pseudoharttina ovalis was named by Likharev (1934). Its type specimen is TsNIGR 809/4424, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Obiravnou River, Ak-Tash region, Darvaz Mountains, which is in a Kungurian marine horizon in the Safetdaron Formation of Tajikistan.
