Remiornis heberti
Taxonomy
Remiornis heberti was named by Lemoine (1881). Its type specimen is MNHN CRL 2481, a set of limb elements (Partial tarsometatarsus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cernay, which is in a Thanetian terrestrial horizon in the Conglomérat de Cernay Formation of France.
