Enantiophoenix electrophyla
Taxonomy
Enantiophoenix electrophyla was named by Cau and Arduini (2008). Its type specimen is MSNM V3882a and b (Incomplete and disarticulated skeleton mixed with carbonized remains of feathers) and is a compression fossil. Its type locality is en Nammoûra, upper quarry (unit 3b), which is in a Cenomanian/Cenomanian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal wackestone in Lebanon. It is the type species of Enantiophoenix.
