Taxonomy
Polyacrodus jiangxiensis was named by Wang et al. (2007). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Xdfo-1, Dongling Section, Xiushui County, which is in a Changhsingian carbonate limestone in the Changxing Formation of China.
