Taxonomy
Spiriferellina disparata was named by Waterhouse (1987). Its type specimen is UQ F12626 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UQ L847, Cracow Station (Fairyland Formation), which is in an Artinskian coastal siliciclastic in the Buffel Formation of Australia.
