Leufuichthys minimus
Taxonomy
Leufuichthys minimus was named by Gallo et al. (2011). Its type specimen is MUCPv 371, a partial skeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Futalognko Quarry, Costa Dinosaurio [MUCP], which is in a Turonian/Coniacian channel lag conglomerate/sandstone in the Portezuelo Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Leufuichthys.
