Mecochirus marwicki
Taxonomy
Mecochirus marwicki was named by Glaessner (1960). Its type specimen is NZGS DC 266, an exoskeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Klondyke Road, Waikato Heads, which is in a Heterian marine horizon in New Zealand.
