Taxonomy
Nucleocrinus bosei was named by Sumrall et al. (2009). It is not extant. Its type specimen is CMCIP-51223 (Theca). Its type locality is Drowning Creek Area, which is in a Givetian carbonate grainstone/packstone in the Boyle Formation of Kentucky.
