Palaeastacus argoviensis
Taxonomy
Palaeastacus argoviensis was named by Förster and Rieber (1982). Its type specimen is PIMUZ R/36, a carapace, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Northeast slope of Limberg, southwest of Wittnau, which is in an Opalinum marine limestone in the Opalinus Clay Formation of Switzerland.
