Taxonomy
Linuparus kleinfelderi was named by Rathbun (1931). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Fort Wadsworth, Staten Island, which is in a Santonian/Campanian marine marl/claystone in the Merchantville Formation of New York.
