Calteagalathea friulana
Taxonomy
Calteagalathea friulana was named by De Angeli and Garassino (2006). Its type specimen is MFSN 19969, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Val Caltea, which is in an Aptian/Campanian carbonate limestone in the Calcari del Cellina Formation of Italy. It is the type species of Calteagalathea.
