Taxonomy
Albunea cuisiana was named by Beschin and De Angeli (1984). Its type specimen is MSNV 10439 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cava Lovara, Chiampo, which is in a Lutetian marine sandstone in Italy.
