Megagraulos was named by Kobayashi (1935) [Sepkoski's age data: Cm mMid Sepkoski's reference number: 472]. It is not extant. Its type is Megagraulos coreanicus.

It was assigned to Wuaniidae by Jell and Adrain (2002); and to Trilobita by Sepkoski (2002).
