Torynomma planata
Taxonomy
Torynomma planata was named by Feldmann (1993). Its type specimen is IGNS AR 1873, an exoskeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GS11359, Mangahouanga Stream (V19/f6909), which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian shoreface sandstone in the Tahora Formation of New Zealand.
