Seorsus wadei
Taxonomy
Seorsus wadei was named by Bishop (1988). Its type specimen is GSCM 1693, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Blue Springs, which is in a Maastrichtian offshore shelf claystone in the Coon Creek Formation of Mississippi. It is the type species of Seorsus.
