Cristipluma mississippiensis
Taxonomy
Cristipluma mississippiensis was named by Bishop (1983). Its type specimen is GSCM 1685 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GAB37, Blue Springs Locality, which is in a Maastrichtian coastal mudstone in the Coon Creek Formation of Mississippi. It is the type species of Cristipluma.
