Loerenthopluma lata
Taxonomy
Loerenthopluma lata was named by Beschin et al. (1996). Its type specimen is MCZ 1476, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cava Rossi di Monte di Malo (Morozovella lehneri zone), which is in a Lutetian carbonate limestone in Italy. It is the type species of Loerenthopluma.
