Montezumella casayetensis
Taxonomy
Montezumella casayetensis was named by Rathbun (1937). Its type specimen is USNM 495106, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Isla Casayeta, Pearl Islands, which is in an Oligocene/Miocene marine horizon in Panama.
