Xanthosia danielae
Taxonomy
Xanthosia danielae was named by Collins and Breton (2009). Its type specimen is MHN LM 2003-1-3798, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Saint-Maixent, which is in a Cenomanian marine sandstone in France. It is the type species of Xanthosia.
It was recombined as Bretonia danielae by Schweitzer et al. (2012), Schweitzer et al. (2017).
